The Harmony Emergency Strobe Light is an important part of your kayak touring "Oh S**t Kit." Energy efficient to keep flashing for over 72 hours and waterproof because it's sort of useless on the water if it isn't, the Harmony Strobe is visible up to 3 miles away. A pin fastener attaches it to your PFD, and it runs off a single D-cell battery (not included.)
