Paddlers of sit-on-tops, touring boats, canoes, and other recreational boats with high-back seats û- this swim vest is made for you. The Mildwater has a ventilating, open-mesh back so it doesn't bulk up between you and the seat back. Lotus has also eliminated unnecessary layers of foam that make you sweat. All this comfort in a US Coast Guard Type III personal flotation device. The front of the vest buckles securely, while side straps adjust the fit to a tee. Two front stretch-mesh pockets with internal D-rings keep your keys, sunscreen, or energy bars handy and secure.

Good choice
I tried on several jackets before choosing this one. I liked it especially because it has a mesh back, very few other PFDs have this feature. The PFD is very comfortable, hardly know your wearing it. Well made so far. Nice flotation. Very unconfining easy to paddle with.
Excellent PFD!
This jacket is so comfortable that I forgot it was even on. The mesh back kept me from sweating and let me sit all the way back against my seat. There are quite a few straps so that you can adjust it to fit perfectly. Add to that some handy pockets in the front for keys and a knife and you have a winner. The only drawback (and a minor one at that) is that the pockets are fairly small and snug. It's hard to beat this PFD, especially at this great price!
great life jacket
The fit is great! I like the idea of the mesh in the back for ventilation, the adjustability and comfort for a petite female. The cost also was a consideration for making my decision.
